constructor assumes ownership of the string passed in.
* shell/ev-window.c (ev_window_open): Destroy the error
dialog once we've displayed it.

a bit, it works! (sort of)

Move to .cc since we need to use C++ in the implementation.
* shell/dummy.cc: Add a CC file to force evince
to be linked as a C++ program.x
