Make text in a textview packed inside a Palette black, SL #4160

This can be seen in the DescriptionButton in activity toolbar
in GTK+3 activities. The regression was introduced in
b2b0f26119d395140b3dd8011ff8272f17d21279, but making the text
in a textview packed in a Palette black explicitly is the
better approach anyhow.
