sugar: remove python-lxml (SL#3418)
Read has moved to using Python's internal XML parsing.
A sugar-devel discussion "Which activities use lxml?" didn't result in
any other significant users.
Drop this from the build for slimming reasons.
Also remove duplicated webkitgtk3 entry.
